The album-track is a session of sound therapy based on 432 Hz composed for meditation and runic yoga by Herne (von Bòrmanus) in March 2020.
The frequencies' range used in this work activate brain waves such as alpha, theta and delta inducing a mental state of deep meditative relaxation.
These brain waves allow you to access deep mental levels and activate healing processes.
Special healing frequencies contained in the track: 172Hz, 228Hz, 324Hz, 396Hz, 456Hz, 512Hz, 528Hz, 741Hz, 888Hz.
For more intense use it is recommended to take a comfortable position, close your eyes and wear headphones.
