The album-track is a session of sound therapy composed expressly to inducing a mental state of deep meditative relaxation.
It was been composed with sine waves generated from professional electronic machines ensuring deepest binaural beats in cooperation with original ambient soundscapes for meditation.
This session is based on the fifth musical (wellknowed as the fifth of Rol - the italian medium).
The frequencies' range used in this work activate brain waves (are electrical activity patterns caused by the neurons of the brain communicating with each other) are in the range of 0.1 to 4 (Delta) cycles per second (Hz), so they are particulary indicated to induce sleep.
Such as Alpha and Theta also Delta inducing a mental state of deep meditative relaxation.
These brain waves allow you to access deep mental levels and activate healing processes.
Binaural beats, what are they?
They are pure tones played together interfere with each other when they are close in pitch but not identical.
When you hear two tones, one in each ear, that are slightly different in frequency, your brain processes a beat at the difference of the frequencies.
This is called a binaural beat. Therefore, binaural beats only work through headphones.
For more intense use it is recommended to take a comfortable position and close your eyes.
