Fire is the first issue of a cycle dedicated to natural elements useful for meditation. It does not contain music tracks but only the sounds of nature.

Fire element can be a form of mindfulness meditation focused on visualizing and connecting with the qualities of fire such as energy, passion, transformation and purification.
Here's a simple guide:

Find a quiet place to sit down and relax.

- Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to calm your mind.
- Visualize a warm, bright and blazing fire in front of you.
- Imagine the heat and energy of the fire entering your body, starting from the crown of your head and flowing down to your toes.
- Focus on the sensations of the heat and energy within you, and allow yourself to fully embrace the fiery energy.
- Spend some time visualizing the fire transforming any negativity, fear or doubts within you into light and positivity.
- When you are ready, slowly open your eyes and take a deep breath.

Remember to always practice meditation in a safe environment and seek professional help if you have any concerns.
